Ingredients for Beetroot Pachadi Recipe

  • Grated Beetroot – 250 gram
  • Grated Ginger – 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
  • Small Onion – 3 numbers
  • Garlic pods – 2
  • Mustard seeds – 3/4 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • Green chillies – 4 numbers
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Oil – 3 tablespoon
  • Salt – As reqd

Preparation Method of Beetroot Pachadi Recipe

  1. Grind grated coconut to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan , saute grated beetroot, small onions, grated ginger, green chillies, garlic pods and curry leaves
  3. When the beetroot gets cooked, add the coconut mixture.
  4. Allow the mixture to get cooked. When it cooked add curd , crushed Mustard seeds and salt. Serve Beetroot Pachadi hot with rice
