Ingredients for Beetroot Pachadi Recipe
- Grated Beetroot – 250 gram
- Grated Ginger – 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
- Small Onion – 3 numbers
- Garlic pods – 2
- Mustard seeds – 3/4 teaspoon
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Green chillies – 4 numbers
- Curd – 1 cup
- Oil – 3 tablespoon
- Salt – As reqd
Preparation Method of Beetroot Pachadi Recipe
- Grind grated coconut to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan , saute grated beetroot, small onions, grated ginger, green chillies, garlic pods and curry leaves
- When the beetroot gets cooked, add the coconut mixture.
- Allow the mixture to get cooked. When it cooked add curd , crushed Mustard seeds and salt. Serve Beetroot Pachadi hot with rice
